Jumpzone in Sandyford, Dublin
A warehouse full of trampolines! How could this not be one of the most fun things for kids and adults to do at the weekend. Jump-Zone Sandyford is the ultimate amusing activity to do, and best of all (for the adults) you are going to burn a lot of calories while having all this play and quality time with the kids.

A few critical bits of information first. Before you go to Jump-Zone, you must book your place online. It is a requirement that you fill out a disclaimer for every person young and old before the staff will allow you on the trampolines.
Before you enter, you will be required to watch a safety video which the staff will show you before your time slot begins. Once you finish your safety video, you are free to go crazy. There is a huge floor space with loads of individual trampolines to choose from, as well as some along the walls in case bouncing off the ground is not enjoyable enough.
With challenging assault courses called the Ninja zone, all with a few different hurdles to get from one side to the other like trapezes and rings to swing from which are a lot of fun to test your strength and agility.

For the little warriors, they have a balance beam where you can go head to head with the family to see who has the best balance while trying to hit your opponent with a foamy club.
Summersaults and tumbles are strictly allowed and encouraged in the massive foam sponge pit with trampolines on the edge so you can get enormous air time and land safely in a hole full of foam sponges.
Jump-Zone Sandyford caters for children's birthday parties, as part of the price they have private rooms for the kids after a day of jumping where they can sit down and have a slice of pizza and cake and re-hydrate. Another great game they have as part of groups and birthday parties is their dodgeball court. Just like everything else in Jum-Zone its full of trampolines so you can jump and dodge the soft foam balls being thrown at you with flair.
If you don't want to jump with your kids, they have a cafe and large seating area where you can take a load off while the kids are burning off all their excess energy. However, we recommend jumping with them as its so much fun. Jump-Zone also offers regular adult fitness classes on their trampolines which you can find the schedule for on their website. Another fantastic way to keep fit in an energetic and fun place.
